Hostels, continued

Yeah, they still have the 6 bed cabin available, and they also have an 8 bed room for two dollars more each person (for only two of the days). It would be $22.50 per person for the 23rd and 24th, and $20.50 per person for the 25th and 26th. There are 8 of us, aren't there?
me, nat, anna, lauren, sharon, kelsey, pearl?, melanie.... is that it? I really think that this may be the best option at this point. I'm just thinking about money and availability. We would all be able to bunk together, and the travel time to the city centre is 20 minutes by bus, then subway. The bus stop is right in front of the hostel grounds... Can we have a vote or something? Cause I really think we should be booking something this week... don't you think?

Okay, I spooke to Lauern, and we thought that it would be best to book the cabin for the 24,25,26th and then on the last night, maybe we can spend it in a hotel (just cram everyone in one room) in the heart of Amsterdam. Wealso thought that because we're so poor, we would prefer to take the day trip ferry across. I'm suer we can entertian ourselves for the time, or nap, or whatever, but it would be a lot cheaper. Lauren is going to talk to her travel agent about Bluestar tickets (?) and then as soon as she lets us know if this is the best way to go, can you, Shar, book them for us? I'll put the down on the cabin (the 6 bedroom one, because we're not sure about everyone, and people can always sleep on the floor) Would you be okay with doing that? I know we haven't got confirmation from Nat, but I'm sure she's down with whatever, as long as it's the most cost effetive way to go!!

Okay, talk to you guys later!! Much love!!

uhhhh, ok... i took another look at the train/ferry (they call it rail and sail by the way) and it really does seem to be the cheapest thing... although the price goes up slightly because we are traveling on a saturday. so it's now 55 a person, and the train leaves at like 6am from london, and we will arrive in amsterdam at like 2 or 3 i think... i wont be able to book everyones tickets, mainly because im buying my tickets this weekend, and cant really afford to put down about 350 for everyones ticket... but i will post a blog with the site and as many possible details i can manage to fit in... keep in mind that these tickets HAVE to be booked at least 14 days in advance...
